Why a player does not appear in search

If a player is not visible or does not appear in search, common reasons are:

  • they are already your teammate;
  • you hid or blocked them;
  • they turned search visibility off;
  • their profile is incomplete, not approved, or restricted;
  • they fail one of your manual filters;
  • you use smart search and they rank lower in recommendations;
  • time-zone filters are on but your profile has no time zone;
  • results changed after profile updates.

What to check​

  1. Switch to manual search.
  2. Reset filters.
  3. Check hidden and blocked lists.
  4. Fill region, time zone, and game rating.
  5. Ask the player to check visibility and profile status.

If you already know the player, a personal teammate invite link is usually easier.
