Smart search and manual filters
There are two search modes.
Smart search
Smart search uses your profile and ranks more compatible players first. It considers level, roles, maps, languages, goals, and schedule.
Manual filters are ignored in this mode. To change matching, update your profile or switch to manual filters.
Use smart search when you want quick recommendations.
Manual filters
Manual mode shows only players who pass your selected conditions. You can set rating, level, age, region, roles, maps, languages, goals, microphone, voice services, schedule, and time-zone closeness.
Different filter groups usually apply together. Several values inside one group usually mean “any of these”.
How to choose
- Use smart search for profile-based recommendations.
- Use filters when you have must-have requirements.
- If manual search finds nothing, turn off the least important conditions first.
