How to respond to a team pracc as a player

You can respond to a team listing as yourself without creating a team. Player responses and responses from other teams belong to the same listing, but only one opponent can be selected.

You need a completed player profile and an available profile contact. Members of the team that posted the listing cannot respond to their own listing.

Send a response

  1. Open a team listing in Praccs.
  2. Choose to respond as yourself when that action is available.
  3. Keep the original time or choose a start up to one hour earlier or later. Choose a contact from your profile and optionally add a message.
  4. Submit the response. Check its status in the listing or under Requests → Praccs.

The team can see your selected contact and open your profile. You can withdraw a pending response within the open listing's deadline or, after a match is agreed with someone else, until the pracc ends. A rejected or withdrawn response cannot be submitted again to the same listing.

Select a player's name in the response list to open their profile. Their status, message, available contacts, and agreement actions stay with the same response. An open chat appears on the right on wide screens and below the responses on phones.

Agree on the pracc

A team representative with permission to manage praccs selects one response. Until the player confirms, the card shows “Awaiting confirmation”. Other pending responses remain listed, but another player or team cannot be selected. The confirmation action appears for the selected player in Requests.

After confirmation, the selected response is agreed. Other player responses do not close when the pracc is agreed: until the pracc ends, the owner can reject them and the applicants can withdraw them. No second opponent can be selected and no new response can be submitted. A chat opens between the player and authorized team representatives. The player can see the contact saved in the team listing. This flow does not create a team calendar event.

Cancel the agreement

The player or an authorized team representative can cancel the agreement attempt. Before confirmation, cancellation returns a current listing and the selected response to pending. The card returns to its original time; the attempt history keeps the agreed time. Rejected and withdrawn responses stay closed. After confirmation, cancellation closes the team listing; post a new listing for another pracc.

If the pracc was confirmed and its chat opened, the previous conversation remains read-only for its participants. Selecting a response again after cancellation before confirmation creates a new attempt and chat, even for the same player. Other users cannot see contacts or conversations. A team representative loses access when their permission to manage praccs is revoked.
