What do IGL, AWP, Support, Entry, and the other roles mean?
These are tactical roles on your profile and team card. In short: the main role is AWPer or a CT + T pair; IGL and Support are optional tags. CT has Anchor and Rotator; T has Entry, Trader, and Lurker. Details: Tactical roles in your profile.
Why don’t I see Messages?
In-app messaging may be off for everyone. Do not treat it as a required part of the platform.
Can I sign in with FACEIT?
No. FACEIT links to your profile for game data, but it is not a separate sign-in method. See Linked services for the available connections.
Why am I not in the starting five after accepting an invitation?
New members first enter the pool. Owner or captain places a player into a starting slot separately. See How the team roster works.
Can I be on multiple teams?
A player can belong to only one active team. A coach can work with multiple teams. See How to leave a team or transfer ownership before moving a player membership.
When does a team invitation expire?
Team invitations do not expire automatically. The sender can revoke or close them using available team actions. See How to accept or decline a team invitation.
Can another player see that I favorited them or wrote a note?
Private notes are visible only to you. Favorites do not create a request and do not unlock contacts. See Player ratings and private notes and How favorites work.
Why can’t I see a player’s contacts?
Contacts open after mutual teammate accept, if there is no block between you. See How teammate requests work.
Why does my coach profile show my player contact?
If you have not set a separate coach contact, your valid player contact may appear in settings as a private value for you. It does not change your player profile or become public automatically. The linked Telegram and separate coach contact use an eye button to switch between private and public visibility. If you make the player contact shown for an empty coach field public, it is copied into a separate coach field and saved as a separate contact. If a coach contact already exists, it takes priority and is not replaced by the player contact. A public contact appears on the coach page for visitors with a completed player profile while the coach profile is open to search; directory cards do not show contacts. See Coach profile.
Can I apply to join a team myself?
Yes. Select Open positions in the sidebar or mobile navigation menu. Choose a position and apply with a message about yourself. Track or withdraw it under Requests → Outgoing. When interested, the owner or captain sends a separate invitation to Incoming for you to confirm. See Open positions and applications for the full process.
Is there a post-pracc reliability rating?
Yes. After a played pracc, the owner or captain reviews the opponent once for reliability and sportsmanship. Reviews have no comments. Aggregate percentages appear after the minimum review count is reached. See How to find a pracc opponent for the pracc workflow.
