What do IGL, AWP, Support, Entry, and the other roles mean?
These are tactical roles on your profile and team card. In short: the main role is AWPer or a CT + T pair; IGL and Support are optional tags. CT has Anchor and Rotator; T has Entry, Trader, and Lurker. Details: Tactical roles in your profile.
Why don’t I see Messages?
In-app messaging may be off for everyone. Do not treat it as a required part of the platform.
Can I sign in with FACEIT?
No. FACEIT links to your profile for game data, but it is not a separate sign-in method.
Why am I not in the starting five after accepting an invitation?
New members first enter the pool. Owner or captain places a player into a starting slot separately.
Can I be on multiple teams?
No. A player can belong to only one active team.
When does a team invitation expire?
Team invitations do not expire automatically. The sender can revoke or close them using available team actions.
Can another player see that I favorited them or wrote a note?
Private notes are visible only to you. Favorites do not create a request and do not unlock contacts.
Why can’t I see a player’s contacts?
Contacts open after mutual teammate accept, if there is no block between you.
Can I apply to join a team myself?
No. Self-serve applications are not available. Owner or captain invites players.
Is there a post-pracc reliability rating?
Yes. After a played pracc, the owner or captain reviews the opponent once for reliability and sportsmanship. Reviews have no comments. Aggregate percentages appear after the minimum review count is reached.
