How the team roster works

A team can have up to 10 players.

Starting five

There are five starting slots. Owner or captain can move active players between the starting five and the pool when roster settings allow it.

Every selected-team tab shows the team name and its region tag at the top when known, with the horizontal tab row immediately below; scroll that row on a phone. Only the Overview tab has the two cards below the navigation: roster, and maps with voice/chat links. Maps always stay in one horizontal row; if they do not fit, scroll the map area inside its card. On a phone, the cards stack vertically and the five starting slots use a 3+2 layout. Other tabs do not show this overview block.

Player pool

After accepting an invitation, a player first enters the pool. They are already on the team but not yet in the starting five.

Select a member in the team overview or roster to open their profile on a separate page. The back button returns to the team section where you opened it.

Coaching staff

Coaching staff appears below the player roster. It can include a head coach, assistant coaches, and coaches. Each team has at most one head coach and may have several assistants and coaches. A coach can work with more than one team.

The position belongs to a specific team and does not replace the person's coach profile. Only members with the appropriate permission can assign or change staff positions.

When coach search is available and you have permission to assign a coach to the team, Find a coach in the staff heading opens the coach directory. Viewing a profile does not send a team invitation. Without that team permission, you can still open the directory from the search menu.

Important limits

  • a player can belong to only one active team;
  • active and invited players count together toward capacity;
  • the owner cannot be removed from their own team;
  • a captain cannot remove another captain;
  • starting-five placement happens separately after accepting an invitation.
