Team notifications in Discord and Lolka

Under Team → Settings, you can connect separate Discord and Lolka webhooks. Messages go to the selected channels alongside Telegram when it is connected. Each channel has independent notification preferences.

Connect a channel​

  1. In Discord, open a text channel's settings → Integrations → Webhooks. In Lolka, open a text channel's settings → Integrations → Webhooks. Create a webhook and copy its full URL. See the Lolka documentation and Discord documentation for each format.
  2. Under Team → Settings → Team notifications, click Edit, select a channel from the dropdown, and paste the URL. Switching channels keeps edit mode active.
  3. Click Connect and test. The platform saves the URL and sends a test message. Check that it appears in the intended channel. If delivery fails, the URL remains saved: check it and use Replace and test. A connected channel also has a separate Send test button.
  4. Choose the event types, message language, and daily summary time for that channel. The time uses the team timezone.

Only the team owner can connect, replace, test, or disconnect a webhook. A member with channel management permission can change team notification types. A Telegram bot connection is not required.

Currently delivered messages cover calendar event creation, important changes and cancellation, main roster changes, team task creation, one-off task reminders, and the daily incomplete-task summary. A one-off reminder is set on the task itself. Settings for pre-event reminders, non-responders, and pracc updates are saved, but these messages are not sent automatically yet.

The webhook URL contains a secret. The platform does not show it again after saving: a connected channel's replacement field stays empty even though the URL is saved. Do not share it in chat, repositories, or screenshots. If it is exposed, regenerate the webhook in Discord or Lolka and replace the address in team settings.

If a test message does not arrive, check that the webhook still exists, the full URL was copied, and webhook messages are allowed in the channel. If the service rate limits delivery, try again later.

If Discord or Lolka is temporarily unavailable, an individual event, lineup, or new-task notification may not arrive. Once the channel recovers, check the connection with a test message.
