How teammate requests work
A teammate request creates a personal connection. It is not a team invitation.
Accepted players remain in Teammates. In Requests, choose Incoming or Outgoing on the left, then filter by teams, teammates, coaches, or praccs if needed. The letter opens on the right: a teammate request shows a brief player summary and an Open profile button; a team invitation shows the team card; a pracc proposal shows the opponent team, listing schedule and conditions, listing description, and proposal message. Open pracc leads to the full details and actions. The FACEIT level appears as an icon, followed by the ELO number in the level color. The New label clears when you open that offer; an orange dot beside the subject means a decision is available. The action counter does not include ordinary notifications or read state.
Select a player card in a pracc letter's team roster to open their profile. Back to requests returns to the same letter and keeps the direction, filter, and Show resolved setting.
Open profile takes you to a separate player page. Back to requests returns to the selected letter and keeps the direction and filter.
Send a request
- Open a player profile from search or a personal link.
- Tap Add to teammates.
- Optionally write a message of up to 500 characters without links, then send the request.
- Wait for a response.
You can cancel an outgoing request while it is pending.
Respond to a request
Open incoming requests and choose:
- accept — you become mutual teammates;
- decline — no connection is created.
Before deciding, you can add an optional reply of up to 500 characters. It is sent with your decision and remains visible to both players in Requests. This section does not start a conversation; use chat for later messages when it is available.
If both players send requests to each other, the platform may accept them automatically.
After cancel or decline, sending again may be temporarily unavailable. Wait and try later.
After accept, contacts available on the teammate profile become visible. Removing a teammate does not delete accounts or teams.
A player card in Teammates opens a separate profile page. Back to teammates returns to the list; the profile link also works directly.
