How the team calendar works
The calendar helps plan practices, praccs, matches, reviews, tactical sessions, meetings, and other team events.
Owner and captain can create and edit team events. A regular member can create an event only for themselves.
When creating a team event you can invite:
- starting five;
- all team players;
- the whole team;
- selected players;
- one player;
- only yourself.
If attendance confirmation is required, invited players choose: going, maybe, or can’t go.
After an event ends, the owner or captain can save a post-event report: for each participant choose Present, Absent, or Not marked, and for scrims and official matches the result. An already saved report can be corrected. Unfinished reports stay on the team overview even after the event leaves the near-term activity window.
The Statistics tab shows managers a roster table, a finalized-events timeline, and a daily attendance chart. On narrow screens the table, timeline, and chart are replaced by player cards with attendance and key metrics. One filter — 7, 30, or 90 days — applies to all blocks. If the period has no finalized events yet, the table still lists the roster with zeros, and the timeline and chart stay in place with an empty scale. On 30 days, same-day events can merge into one timeline marker; on 90 days, same-week events can merge — with summed attendance. Click a merged marker to pick which event report to open. The chart shows two thin bars per day — present and absent — with counts above each bar. Other members see their own card and personal history.
Events created by a confirmed pracc are managed from Praccs, not as normal calendar events.
