Coach profile

Your coach profile is separate from your player profile. It does not require player roles, ratings, or teammate-search goals. One account can have both profiles. The compact control near the top of the sidebar shows your current mode. When you have both profiles, select it to switch to the other. In a collapsed sidebar, select the current role icon and choose the other. Save or cancel any profile edits before switching.

If you only have a player profile, select Create coach profile in the profile block. Home may also show a card with the same action. Both open the existing coach form with a completion button and a cancel option. If you only have a coach profile, the block offers Create player profile. After you save the second profile, its Home opens and both roles appear in the block. Canceling returns you to the previous screen and mode. You do not need a player profile to create a coach profile. Link Steam during onboarding: you cannot complete your coach profile without it.

The coach form asks for your birth year and when you started coaching, at least one player role you coach, the maps you work with, your specializations, suitable team levels and work formats, and your availability. You can select every map in the current pool for coaching; the player profile's six-map limit does not apply. You can select multiple roles, levels and formats. Your coaching approach and achievements help teams understand your experience. The form marks required fields.

The coach card uses your player profile or account image when one is available. Otherwise, it shows your initials.

When creating the profile, you can write a separate coach bio and describe your coaching approach, experience and achievements. These text details are optional; your player bio stays separate. The approach and achievements are limited to 512 characters each. Older longer entries appear shortened; you need to shorten them before saving an edit. The coaching roles include the CT roles Anchor and Rotator. Links are not allowed in these text fields; use the dedicated website and social link fields.

When creating your profile or later in Profile, select Add link and paste a full https:// URL. The form detects VK, YouTube, and Twitch automatically; other valid URLs are saved as Website. You can add one link of each kind, edit or remove it. If a link of that kind already exists, the form offers to replace it. Links are optional. The server checks URL format and rejects internal addresses. The external Google safety check is off by default; if it is enabled and temporarily unavailable, try again later. If your profile is open to search, the links appear on its public page. That page may also show your personal FACEIT level, ELO, and links to your connected FACEIT and Steam profiles when the data is available. A player card link appears when you have an accessible player profile. When visiting an external site, check its address and never share sign-in codes, passwords, or payment details.

The Show in coach search switch in Profile controls whether your coach profile appears in the coach directory. It is off when you first create the profile. When it is off, other users cannot find the profile in search or open its previous public link. Your profile, team work, and existing invitations remain. Player profile visibility is a separate setting in player mode.

When coach search is available, first making your profile visible may publish a card in the Telegram community. The image shows key details as badges; achievements and longer descriptions are available through View coach. Hiding your profile later makes the link in that earlier post unavailable. Making it visible again may send a new announcement.

A coach can work with multiple teams. In My teams, select a team to view its roster, activities, and tasks. Available actions depend on your position and the permissions returned by the server.

In coach mode, Home brings together information from all your teams. Open it through Home in the menu or the logo. Actions that need a response come first: eligible coaching invitations, attendance confirmations, and overdue personal tasks. Below them are upcoming events, compact team cards, and your open personal tasks. Each entry names its team and links to the specific event or task. The event and task lists show the nearest entries and indicate when more exist. The server decides which actions are available and checks permission again after you open one.

If you have no coach profile, Home offers to create it. If you have a profile but no teams yet, Home explains where teams, events, and tasks will appear; any eligible invitation appears above this message. You can retry a failed load. Open My teams for full roster and team details. Requests remains in the sidebar, and its Coaches filter shows invitations to coaching roles. The general Requests badge may also include other kinds of incoming requests.

Each team can have one head coach. The coaching staff may also include assistant coaches and coaches. Your position in a team does not change your personal coach profile.

Requests brings together incoming team invitations and teammate requests, outgoing applications and requests, and pracc proposals for the selected team that need a response. Switch between Incoming and Outgoing or filter by type. Available actions depend on your permissions.
