How to contact support
If an article does not solve the problem, write in the project Telegram chat or email hello@cs2teamfinder.ru. The public chat is mainly for questions, feedback, and project updates rather than player search.
Include:
- email or sign-in method;
- the section where it happened;
- steps you took;
- error text;
- browser or Telegram Mini App;
- a screenshot without passwords, tokens, or other secrets.
The Support / donate section in the app is for voluntary project funding. Money and Stars help pay for servers and development, while donated skins build the prize pool for contests, challenges, and other community activities. This section is not a ticket system.
Never share your password, full Telegram bot token, or Steam auth data.
