Why some sections are locked
Every successful sign-in opens the common Home. Without a completed profile, only classic Search is active in the main navigation: player cards and details are available in read-only mode. Other product items stay visible but cannot be activated and have no separate Locked or “soon” badges. Open Profile from the account card; the same navigation remains visible during onboarding.
A completed profile is required for smart ranking and compatibility, Favorites, Praccs, teammate requests, contacts and game-profile links, chat, blocking, hiding, notes, ratings, reputation, team actions, and all other social actions.
Check in order:
- Is email confirmed if you registered with email?
- Is the player profile finished?
- Are required fields filled?
- Is the account restricted or the profile deleted?
- Is search visibility on if the action needs search?
If the UI shows a specific lock reason, follow it. If nothing changes after updates, sign in again and contact support.
Some features may be temporarily off for everyone. In that case they should not appear as available sections.
